Admin Executive - Kajang, Malaysia - MKRS Bumi (M) Sdn Bhd
Description
Requirement:
- Must have 3 years above experience in Business Administration / Marketing
- Can join immediately
- Can speak good English and Malay
- Matured & presentable
- Can travel
- To administer, register, control, update and in any other way as deemed necessary deal with incoming and outgoing mail, facsimile, documents, drawings and other paperwork;
- Prepare quotation, delivery order, progress claim, tender documents, summary, report and any contract documents including technical information (specialized in blasting, painting, insulation and other engineering scope);
Manage for tender activities including RFQs (Request for Quote) and RFPs (Request for Proposal)
- Support for technical submission & clarification required by clients (eg : calculation of scaffolding volume, method statement, job safety analysis, project schedule and etc);
- To attend any site visit if required;
- To maintain up the list of contact details of professional contractors, clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, financial institutions, government bodies, other relevant bodies and all such other parties as are incidental to the operations of the Company;
- To work and assist, in a supportive role, your Superior in an efficient and effective manner;
- To perform any other tasks as requested by the superiors and management and to generally perform all administrative work;
- To strictly adhere to ISO & OHS requirements.
Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
