Sales Executive - E-POS System for Restaurants and Cafes


Job Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

1.


Business Development:

Identify and research potential clients in the restaurant and cafe industry, build a strong sales pipeline, and develop strategies to approach new prospects effectively.

2.


Cold Calls and Lead Generation:

Make cold calls to potential customers, introduce the benefits of our E-POS system, and schedule meetings for product demonstrations and further discussions.

3.


Product Presentation:

Conduct product demonstrations showcasing the features and benefits of our E-POS system to prospective clients and address their specific needs.

4.


Sales Process Management:

Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring smooth communication and building strong relationships with clients.

5.


Sales Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company, demonstrating exceptional sales acumen and dedication.

6.


Client Relationship Management:
Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

7.


Incentive-Based Compensation:
Be motivated by performance-based compensation, which includes commissions, incentives, and additional perks.


Requirements:


  • Minimum SPM or related certificates in business, marketing, or sales.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry or selling to the restaurant and cafe sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Selfmotivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A keen interest in technology and a quick learner.
  • Preferably own a motorbike.

Compensation and Benefits:

Job Types:

Contract length: 12 months

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
RM2, RM6,000.00 per month
