Join us in this role where you'll take on a global role responsible for providing expert advice and guidance in environmental management with focus on all aspects of waste management and energy efficiency.

You'll oversee, create, and operationalise environmental strategies and initiatives globally. Moreover, you'll develop, maintain, improve, and implement global waste management processes, and collaborate with internal stakeholders worldwide.

You'll be part of QHSE Improvement, Competence, and Training where you, together with your colleagues, will support the operationalisation of our environmental agenda and assist our organisation with environmental matters globally.

We play a key role in our management system by owning +60 QHSE processes, while engaging with colleagues from all parts of the organisation constantly.

You'll be a part of a diverse team, with a shared vision to create a culture of care within our organisation.

As a team, we rely on frequent, plentiful written communication to ensure clarity in the activities we're engaged in and strive to have a growth mindset and learn on a continuous basis.


You'll play an important role in:

  • being responsible for our global waste management process and programmes
- providing expert advice for our global energy efficiency process and programmes
- planning and executing various environmental improvement initiatives
- conducting internal HSE audits
- contributing to the development of environmental KPIs globally
- developing, maintaining, improving, and implementing processes in our management system.


To succeed in the role, you:

  • have solid knowledge of environmental management and waste management principles and practices
- are an excellent communicator
- have good analytical skills
- have business and commercial acumen
- are a self-starter and a go-getter
- can positively exert influence at all organisational levels.
