    Job Title: Procurement Assistant

    Location: Banting, Selangor

    Job Summary

    This role is responsible for assisting the procurement team to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. The ideal candidate will be able to promote effective communication and liaison with external suppliers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle daily procurement activities including soliciting information from suppliers and maintaining accurate records.
    • Assist in preparing technical specifications and bid documents to obtain competitive quotations.
    • Develop supplier bid lists and maintain relationships with existing suppliers.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth transactions.
    • Maintain high levels of quality, safety, and environmental standards as required by the company.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor's degree in any field.
    • At least 1 year of experience in procurement or a related field.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
