Company Background


Our client, is one of the largest privately owned IT lessor in the world and has been in existence for over 44 years.

The company is head-quartered in the United States with a strong footprint in Asia. The regional operations is headquartered in Malaysia overseeing activities across the East Asia region.

As part of continued business expansion in Malaysia, the company is now seeking to hire an additional End-of-Term Operations Support Officer to support business volume.

Job Purpose

EOT - End of Term. As our client provide leasing IT equipment to businesses, so they will have leasing contract between company and businesses. EOT is
the right of the lessee in a noncancellable finance lease to purchase or continue using a leased asset at the end of the lease term as specified in the lease agreement.


Responsibilities

  • Managing the End of Term (EOT) portfolio and achieve or exceed the targeted EOT profits.
  • Expand the existing remarketing options for the equipment returned from leases.
  • Seek new business opportunities in the remarketing sector to develop remarketing activities of the company.
  • Liaise and maintain relationships with the existing brokers and build up relationship with new ones.
  • Duties will include conducting monthly portfolio reviews, identifying Midterm opportunities and collaborate with the Sales team by assisting and negotiating buyouts, renewals and provide quotations when a lease term has ended by following company End of Term processes.
  • Providing support in resolving any issues in the EOT returns and MonthtoMonth billing and payment collections, asset reconciliation and system issues.
  • Regular reports, analysis and projects are inclusive of this position.
  • Enter and maintain EOT assets and details into respective systems and adhere to the standard operating procedures and in compliance with the policies and procedures of the Company.
  • Provide assistance to coordinate between office departments and facilitate workflow and business processes and the documentation of that workflow.
  • Provide general assistance on system matters or data entry as requested and any other ad hoc matters.

Requirements:


  • Confident and excellent communication skills.
  • Encourage fresh graduates to apply.
  • Knowledge of the IT market and SAP system will be advantageous.
  • Good languages proficiency.

RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
