Daily Operations

To handle the new account opening, documentation, stamping and safekeeping of legal documents.
To perform collateral management & reconciliation of shares, FDs, unit trusts, bonds & other marginable collateral.
To perform contracts settlement and reconciliation of brokers & clients' settlement.
To handle & follow up on the corporate actions such as dividends, subscription of rights & dividend reinvestment plan, conversion of warrants, request for proxy forms & other nominee services.
To handle customer services such as request for cash drawdown, collateral transfer, manual trading limit update request and other general enquiries & requests.
To conduct system enhancement's User Acceptance Test (UAT).
To perform dayend balancing on the settlement account.

Risk Monitoring

To perform daily monitoring of margin call & forceselling triggers.
To contact & followup with customers & brokers on the margincall & forceselling status.
To closely monitor market news & perform ad hoc review on the cap process of the affected marginable collateral timely.
To attend compliance related matters such as Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Business Continuity Plan (BCP), Disaster Recovery (DR), and etc.
To perform any other task(s) assigned by superior from time to time.

Education/ Qualification

Tertiary Education in Business Administration, Banking, Economics, Finance, Computer Science (Data Science) or related disciplines.

Experience/ Special Skills

Minimum 2 years working experience in share margin, investment, stockbroking/ wealth management operations & related experience (For Senior Executive position & above only).
Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure to deliver results.
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
SQL, SAS or data analytic related skills will be an added advantage.
