Description
Provide technical and service support to district accounts.- Identifying and resolving customer pain points, escalating as required.
- Execute required chemistry tests, log and report data, and maintain product inventories.
- Install, calibrate and maintain chemical feed equipment and process monitoring equipment.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering or equivalent with 2 years of successful technical service or field sales support experience.
- Experience in water treatment cooling tower, chiller, and boiler are preferred.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Willing to travel and assist in the maintenance and recovery of faulty equipment.

Pay:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
