ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To execute maintenance on the functionality and conditions of all machinery, facilities including electrical wiring work and to work proactively to perform maintenance duties promptly.
To schedule and implement preventive maintenance on facilities and machinery.
To effectively follow servicing and preventative maintenance program, to enable timely completion to minimize operational disruption.
To attend to any reported machine breakdowns to reduce downtime.
To report on defects and malfunctions to superior or management and to assist in identifying solutions.
To liaise with engineers or other relevant departments on machine upgrade, parts replacement or process improvement program.
To liaise with external service providers, suppliers or contractors on schedule maintenance work and solutions for machine troubleshoot.
To assist in installation and commissioning of new machines or equipment.
To maintain proper records on routine maintenance work and machinery documentation.
To adhere to and comply with all legal requirements and applicable regulations on machinery maintenance, installation, relocations etc.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES REQUIRED:

At least Certificate or Diploma in Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years related work experience, experience in injection molding machines is an added advantage.
Computer literate.

Pay:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
