Summary


The TA Senior Executive is responsible to deliver the people strategy that enables Talent Houz employees to thrive in their roles and to enable them to meet our vision and aims.

This role will be done in partnership with all employees and working closely with the Directors.

Besides, this role will lead on the delivery of projects within the people strategy across the whole employee lifecycle looking at how we recruit, develop, retain highly engaged employee and off-board employee.

This role will also lead on developing a positive working culture, developing a practical and engaging approach to how we embed equality, diversity and inclusion actions.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate end to end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, administering reference checks, job offer process
  • Conduct orientation program to smoothly integrates new employee into the organization and foster a positive attitude toward company's core value, vision, and mission
  • Provide operational support for transformative HR initiatives including organizational design, cost optimization, pandemic crisis, talent management and performance management
  • Manage and support performance management cycle process, core & functional competencies development, KPI implementation, and OKR implementation
  • Develop and drive learning & development program to ensure improvement in workforce competency (include coordination with both internal & external training)
  • Serve as a "Brand Ambassador" to expand our internal & external footprint to build TH employer branding, which including onsite career fair, hosting/delivering talks, industrial visits and etc with educational institutions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degrees in HR or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Experience in performance management and training & development are added advantage
  • Ability to promote company culture through a demeanour of empowerment, professionalism, integrity, and continuous growth
  • Cando attitude and flexible approach with ability to adapt to changing priorities

Salary:
RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
