Responsibilities

Responsible for the maintenance and operation of M&E System (facility, machinery & plant). Assist to plan, operate and carry out any work related to electrical safety precautions and preventive maintenance.
Ensure facilities electrical system and equipment in good condition and maintain effectively towards the Energy Commission's requirement
Attend to machine breakdown, trouble shooting and provide regular monthly or yearly maintenance.
Supervise other contractors when they are performing planned and preventive maintenance, to ensure the services (machinery, fire protection system, genset and etc) are properly maintained and in satisfactory operation condition.
Carry out schedule inspections and testing of standby generator, fire protection system, pumps house system, air compressor and etc.
Monitor and update the expiry date & renewal of registration of M&E equipment i.e. generatorset, fire extinguisher and etc.
Provide technical knowledge and skills in maintaining HV switch gears panels; HV/LV power transformers; LV main switchboard standby generators in good running condition.
Good knowledge of the electrical principle and ensure comply with Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) and Electrical Supply Act and regulation requirements

Requirements:

Possess a A4 chargeman certificate from Energy Commissions of Malaysia (Suruhanjaya Tenaga)
Minimum 23 years working experience in electrical, wiring or related field
Familiar with Electricity Supply Act, Electricity Regulations and etc
Comfortable to work on shift basis, weekends and public holidays whenever necessary.

Salary:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
