- Investigating and resolving customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor when communicating with customers, even in challenging situations.
- Rotational shift : Night shift required.
Salary Package:
Basic + RM 1K Allowance
Each year of customer service experience will be added a specific amount of increment into the basic salary.
