Working Hours:
Tuesday to Saturday from 09.00 am to 6.00 pm, and alternate Sundays.

Closed on Mondays and alternate Sundays and on FT Public Holidays.


Location:
UG-13, Vertical Podium, Bangsar South, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA


Salary:
RM 2,000 - RM 3,000 with an average increment of 10% after - 3 contract terms.


Allowance:
Fixed weekend allowance of RM 500 / month for working on Saturdays and
alternate Sundays.


Other remuneration:


  • Statutory contributions such as EPF & SOCSO.
2. 6-days of annual leave and 6-days of medical leave for every 6-months.


  • General medical and cosmetic medical benefits.

Job description:


1.


Admin:

1.1. Basic administrative work.

1.2. Preparing online supplier and sundry payments.

1.3. Maintain payment records & supplier communication files, in both soft & hard copy.

1.4. Maintain and file credit card slips with settlement slip and merchant statement.

1.5. Submit monthly payment and bank statement to accounting team.

Operations:

2.1. To monitor front desk and answer phone calls and receive visitors.

2.2. To overlook purchasing of supplies for the Company.

2.3. To overlook internal purchases and to ensure smooth Company operations.

Human Resource:

3.1. Maintain HR records and update employee file.

Required attitude / skills / knowledge:

  • Diploma in accounting, business administration or management related training.
  • Matured, disciplined and responsible in completing the task in detail.
  • Should be able to multi-task and work well independently and as well as a team.

On the job training:


  • About the Institute and course details.
  • Company filling system and supplier details.
  • Student and Client registration, activation process and student affair details.
  • Other administrative and operational details.

Dress code:


  • Professional office attire, with pleasant grooming.
  • Sandals, jeans, t-shirts and likewise dressings are NOT permitted.
