JOB DESCRIPTION
- Recruitment process
- Job posting, arrange for interview, screening resume and reference check.
- To assist on payroll preparation
- Checking attendance, overtime, claim and others related.
- To maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage and update the HR database and documentation.
- Assist in preparing HR correspondence such as LOA, Confirmation letter, Promotion and others.
- Maintain monthly data update
- Medical claim, Insurance list updated and leave records.
- Liaise with contract worker agent for staff replacement, active passport and others.
- Organize staff engagement activities such as birthday celebration, festive gathering and others.
- Liaise with Learning & Quality Manager for onboarding orientation and others training program for the staffs.
- To assist any other task assigned by Manager from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent;
- A minimum of 2 years experience HR field in Hotel Industry.
- Able to work under pressure and a multitasker
- Able to set work priorities and identify the core functions of HR
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Possess strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both oral and written.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay:
RM3, RM3,800.00 per month
