Responsibilities:


  • Working in a shift basis (Morning & Evening Shift)
  • Collection Team Supervisor.
  • Daily refund request submission for customers.
  • Resolving daily operations issues.
  • Handle driver calls for any payment related issue (Rotation).
  • Daily Handling Cash & Cheques
  • Work closely with Finance(Backend), Operations & Sales Department.
  • Responds to Sales Department request
  • Verifying daily Customer Credit Term(CCT) requests.
  • Credit CTOS check customers
  • Blacklisting & Watch listing customers
  • Verifying Special Arrangement Customers
  • Daily GR Report
  • Daily In-Transit Report
  • Daily Collection Report
  • Daily Overview Report
  • Communicate with customer regarding payment related issues
  • Submit orders for Credit Terms Partners to review

Requirements:


  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Finance or related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience, preferably from Wholesale, Ecommerce, or Logistics fast pace environment will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Google Sheet.

Working Hours:


  • Working hours : Monday
  • Friday (Morning ~ 6:00am 3:00pm / Evening ~ 11:00am 8:00pm)
  • Saturday (Morning only ~ 6:00am 3:00pm)

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
