Description
To understand and good verse in the Property Management System that been used for the running of Management Office system.
- Attending to phone calls and vetting letters, notices and memos
- Filing of documents, letters and memos.
- Typing letters, memos and notices.
- To provide customers service to residents/owners in handling complaints, inquiries and information.
- Attend to all administration and front office accounts.
- Other relevant duties required pertaining to management and maintenance of the building
- Manage and ensure maintenance jobs and records are up to date.
- Response to resident's complaints or enquiries
- Coordinate the administration of office work.
- Ensure emergency contact is up to date at all times.
- Execute and compile daytoday billing, charges and refund timely.
- Keep positive relationship with owners, occupants, contractors &
Pay:
RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nilai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)
