Description

1. Plans, organizes and sets up site and sequential job planning for smooth execution of projects to achieve cost, quality, timelines and customer satisfaction objectives;

Overall coordination to consultants, clients, QS, authorities and etc and make sure that all are in track to submissions, deadlines and schedules
Monitor and report on project progress. Investigate and highlight potential issues to the management in a timely method;
Attends project kick off meetings; project team meetings, and updates on progress;
Ensures all discrepancies in drawings must be identified and cleared with consultants prior to site job progress;
Liaison with project site teams and ensure timely completion of activities.
Coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, client's representatives and relevant authorities;
Review and provide project-related correspondence including progress reports and work programme;
Manages all site staff and subcontractors' schedule;
Ensures quality control measures via on site / off site inspection;
Checks that approved / correct materials are used within specifications / certifications submitted, recorded and approved;
To ensure the Integrated Management Systems procedures are implemented.
