Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the receipt of Goods Request Form from all departments. Makes recommendations and source information on all purchases.
- Maintains contacts with vendors and sales representatives. Continually source for new reliable vendor.
- Negotiates with suppliers to obtain best price and terms for all purchases by maintaining the quality of the purchase, service and the terms of payment.
- Prepares and administers departmental budget.
- Purchase office equipments, stationeries and other tools required within the given deadline. Follow up closely on the delivery of the items.
- Report accurate purchasing cost information.
- Assisting Administration department on purchasing related tasks
- Check the quality of the purchases and make complaint to the vendor if necessary.
- To issue PO and DO to suppliers.
- To monitor the work schedule of the cleaners.
- In charge of the issuance of uniforms.
- Maintain inventory records.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
