Role

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Report Generation: Collect and analyze data from various sources within the operations department, including Merchandiser's Data Collecting system, databases, and other tracking tools
  • Churn out regular and adhoc Operations reports for Operations team
  • Distribute reports to stakeholders according to the predefined schedule
  • Review the reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and relevance of the information presented. Validate the data against source systems and conduct quality checks to identify any discrepancies or errors
  • Provide support to stakeholders that involved in the reports
  • Superuser for Data Collection system (Merchandiser App) & BI: Support for New Project Deployment and Revamp/Update Project info into Data Collection System
  • Monitor data quality and integrity, proactively identifying and addressing any discrepancies or errors
  • Support for Conducting comprehensive quality assurance assessments on newly developed and existing Business Intelligence (BI) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) solutions to ensure adherence to data accuracy standards and layout consistency
  • Middle person between stakeholders & IT department or BI Developer
  • Backup Trainer for internal users

Job Requirements

  • Must have at least 1 year working experience
  • Logical thinking, Attention to detail, Problemsolving skills, Effective communication, Time management, Integrity
  • Intermediary level of Microsoft Excel proficiency
