Description

To assist QA / QC Engineer / Head to supervise the QC Inspectors and ensuring only good parts are released.


  • To check associated quality records and inform the Quality Control Engineer/Head in the event of any products fail to meet specification or observes any unhealthy trends that may lead to nonconformances.
  • Ensure nonconforming parts are properly identified and segregated. Assist QC Engineer / Head to followup on the disposition of the parts.
  • To assist Quality Control Engineer in training and retraining of Quality Control Inspectors.
  • Make sure all test equipment needed is available and is maintained in good working order. He is to inform the Quality Control Engineer in the event of any testing equipment is damaged or out of calibration.
  • Maintain all associated quality records for safe keeping and easy retrieval.
  • Conduct analysis using the Xray machine, CMM, XRF and etc, where applicable, as per procedure, and report on analysis results.
  • Support in any additional task as assigned by supervisor.
