Your role will require you to actively iterate in all aspects of Business Development to manage ideal opportunities to ensure we meet/ exceed our annual sales objectives.


You will play a key role in:

  • Driving growth for ThoughtFull to scale next chapter of growth across Asia
  • Developing and nurturing high quality key leads and converting them into clients to maintain the great track record that ThoughtFull has developed thus far
  • Innovate with the marketing team to come up with BD campaigns that ensure a healthy flow of quality leads. Manage and own the sales CRM

What you will do:


  • Strategize and manage your own Enterprise sales pipeline by ensuring sufficient leads and prospects to hit your KPIs
  • Manage the endtoend sales process from lead generation, qualifying, negotiation to closing & contracting
  • Searching and sealing winwin opportunities in the Enterprise category
  • Constantly iterating to capture the ideal target persona company as we grow into new markets
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally across Client Success, Product, Operations and Clinical Team to redefine and improve our Sales strategy and process flow

Requirements:


Your skills:


  • 34 year's experience in sales and new business development
  • Preferably if you have experience selling to HR Benefits, Talent Engagement/ Development teams.
  • Proven track record of successful sales achievement and process.
  • Good knowledge of sales pipeline and other datadriven sales metrics to establish measurable and repeatable sales processes
  • Identify yourself as an active listener who communicates purposefully and with conviction to both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Preferably familiar with CRM systems (Hubspot, Pipedrive)
  • Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • Always eager to take new challenges, exploring more niches with different approach methods
