JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor and maintain stock holding days at an optimal level, liase with warehouse to ensure

- products arrive in good condition. Review quality of purchased products.

Manage high inventory stocks and initiate supplier return and interbranch transfer stock

- allocation, Conduct internal training to promote overstock clearance.

Research suitable products to list in, evaluate offer from vendors and negotiate trade deal

- with suppliers to optimize company benefit. Ensure that company hit sales target.

Prepare product comparison by category and provide training to sales team.
Monitor stock expiry and liaise with suppliers for stock return.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor degree in Pharmacy
At least 2 year experience as a purchaser or work in retail pharmacy
Able to work independently, take full responsibility on task allocated and complete before timeline
Good communication skill and able to negotiate with supplier to optimise company trade deal
Registered with the Pharmacy Board of the Ministry of Health, Malaysia.
