Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and helpful support to our customers for inquiries and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Serve as the goto person for all customer interactions.
  • Respond promptly to productrelated inquiries and provide troubleshooting guidance to resolve issues effectively.
  • Coordinate and conduct product repairs with our technical support team and external partners, ensuring timely resolution of customers' issues.
  • Collaborate closely with our team to continuously improve our product support services and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Knowledge or experience in product troubleshooting and aftersales support is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English are essential as the role requires to deal with mandarinspeaking clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment
  • Familiar with computer software programs e.g., Word, Excel, Teams, etc.

Salary:
RM2, RM4,166.95 per month
