Analyze Revenue managers oversee the process of collecting and organizing analytical data related to an organization's revenue, sales, and other financial activities.

They plan, approve, and supervise the deployment of systems and processes to manage and analyse financial data and other records.


  • Maintain distribution channel data integrity.
  • Manage and maintain group and transient inventorycontrols.
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust sales and pricing strategies.
  • Provide critical analysisof strategies, room's statistics and demand factors. Conduct competitive and demand analysis.
  • Maintain distribution channel data integrity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well with coworkers and the public.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills and strong time management.
  • Maintains accurate rates and inventory allotments and property in a timely manner to promote rate parity throughout all booking channels.
  • Develops near and long term topline rooms revenue hotel forecasts.
  • Spearheads troubleshooting and resolution of any GDS rate loading issues as they occur.
  • Analyzes independently and determines whether hotel is effectively marketingitself across electronic distribution channels.
  • Participate and prepare rolling forecast and annual budgetfor each property.
  • Ensure that all rooms statistics reports, including the Financial statement, and any other related reports are accurate and consistent.
  • Attend Sales Meeting to maintain communication of strategies and need periods.
  • Perform revenue management service for a select group of hotels.
  • Manage all aspects of rate & inventory managementas outlined in the services contract.
  • Lead a team of Revenue assistants, providing direction on revenue management best practices.
  • Creates and manages the training program of new hires to the revenue management team.
  • Analyze financial statements and determine monthly revenues and expenses.
  • Develop revenue recognition strategies to maximize company revenue.
  • Generate revenue reports and financial statements for management review. Forecast monthly revenue and identify and communicate revenue opportunities to management.
  • Provide financial expertise to Management for revenue improvements.
  • Assist in revenue accounting and closing processes on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Develop internal controls to support revenue management activities.
  • Review and recommend improvements to existing revenue management functions.
  • Identify and resolve revenue related issues promptly.
  • Work in liaison with hotel sales and reservations departments as a team.
  • In general, perform any other duties might requested by head of departmen.

Salary:
RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
