Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of accounting clients, providing service and support remotely
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive and accurate full sets of accounts for our Singapore SME clients
- Prepare monthend schedules and executing precise adjusting entries
- Review and prepare GST returns, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks for our clients.
- Deliver monthly reporting packages to meet clients' needs
- Required to perform tax computations, ensuring our clients optimize their tax positions
- Manage monthly payroll processing remotely, ensuring our clients' employees are paid accurately and on time
- Use your technical expertise by drafting unaudited financial statements and preparing XBRL reports with precision and accuracy
- Utilizing cloudbased software such as Xero, Talenox, Bukku, Microsoft Teams and more, enabling efficient workflows and delivering timely results
- Take on ad hoc or administrative duties remotely as assigned, demonstrating your adaptability and commitment to the team's success
- Report directly to the Principal Consultant / Director in our Singapore office, benefiting from mentorship and expertise through virtual communication channels.
Educational Qualifications / Requirements:
- Possess a degree in Accounting, ACCA, or equivalent, demonstrating your commitment to professional growth and development
- Possess a minimum of 3 year of accounting experience
- Experience in Xero accounting software is highly regarded, enabling you to hit the ground running in a remote capacity
- Good command of spoken and written English, enabling effective communication with internal departments and external clients remotely.
- Ability to speak Chinese or Japanese is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a detailoriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines, ensuring timely deliverables
- Display a selfmotivated and independent mindset while also being a proactive team player, fostering collaboration and success in a remote setting
Work hours / Benefits:
Working hours : 5 day week, - 6 pm
Working Place:
Hybrid working arrangement in the future (TBA)

RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
