Job Description / Responsibilities:


  • Managing a diverse portfolio of accounting clients, providing service and support remotely
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive and accurate full sets of accounts for our Singapore SME clients
  • Prepare monthend schedules and executing precise adjusting entries
  • Review and prepare GST returns, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks for our clients.
  • Deliver monthly reporting packages to meet clients' needs
  • Required to perform tax computations, ensuring our clients optimize their tax positions
  • Manage monthly payroll processing remotely, ensuring our clients' employees are paid accurately and on time
  • Use your technical expertise by drafting unaudited financial statements and preparing XBRL reports with precision and accuracy
  • Utilizing cloudbased software such as Xero, Talenox, Bukku, Microsoft Teams and more, enabling efficient workflows and delivering timely results
  • Take on ad hoc or administrative duties remotely as assigned, demonstrating your adaptability and commitment to the team's success
  • Report directly to the Principal Consultant / Director in our Singapore office, benefiting from mentorship and expertise through virtual communication channels.

Educational Qualifications / Requirements:


  • Possess a degree in Accounting, ACCA, or equivalent, demonstrating your commitment to professional growth and development
  • Possess a minimum of 3 year of accounting experience
  • Experience in Xero accounting software is highly regarded, enabling you to hit the ground running in a remote capacity
  • Good command of spoken and written English, enabling effective communication with internal departments and external clients remotely.
  • Ability to speak Chinese or Japanese is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a detailoriented approach
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines, ensuring timely deliverables
  • Display a selfmotivated and independent mindset while also being a proactive team player, fostering collaboration and success in a remote setting

Work hours / Benefits:

Working hours : 5 day week, - 6 pm


Working Place:
Hybrid working arrangement in the future (TBA)

Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
