Description

Responsibilities:


  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Conduct basic research
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events
  • Make travel arrangements such as flights and accommodation
  • Provide support and assistance with personal matters as required by superior
  • Run errands as requested
  • Handle any additional and adhoc matters as assigned from time to time as and when required

Requirements:


  • At least23 years of relevant experience in a personal assistant and administrative role
  • Possess a valid driver's license and car
  • Strong multitasking ability with a positive and motivated attitude
  • Demonstrate persistence, excellent organization skills, and ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent followup skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • High maturity, integrity, resourcefulness, tactfulness, discipline, and reliability
  • Willing to work weekends or odd hours with a strong commitment to the job
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
