Description
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Conduct basic research
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events
- Make travel arrangements such as flights and accommodation
- Provide support and assistance with personal matters as required by superior
- Run errands as requested
- Handle any additional and adhoc matters as assigned from time to time as and when required
Requirements:
- At least23 years of relevant experience in a personal assistant and administrative role
- Possess a valid driver's license and car
- Strong multitasking ability with a positive and motivated attitude
- Demonstrate persistence, excellent organization skills, and ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent followup skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- High maturity, integrity, resourcefulness, tactfulness, discipline, and reliability
- Willing to work weekends or odd hours with a strong commitment to the job
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month

Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
