Job description

  • Assist in liaise with customers on their shipment needs and attend to customer inquiries.
  • Open job folders, prepare shipping documents e.g. Consignment Note, D/O, Shipping Note, S.I., Manifest, and Customs Form.
  • Prepare shipping notes and delivery order for cargo sending to warehouse / port.
  • Assist in advise and confirm to customer cargoes on board date (Prealert).
  • Sorting & checking the documents in a complete set before passing to EDI Clerk to submit to custom for approval.
  • Ensure Delivery order from own drivers or 3rd party are returned timely and enclosed into job folder.
  • Checking job folders to ensure all charges accurately captured into the system.
  • Prepares accurate invoices to customers, sorting and send to customer on timely manner.
  • Issue and confirm transaction in UFS system and close job on timely manner.

Requirement:

  • Possess mimimunly Diploma in any field.
  • 12 year relevant Freight Forwarding Customer Services / Shipping working experience.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and speaking
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to work 5.5 work days per week.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
