Possess Injection Molding Maintenance/T-Shooting Knowledge- Understand Injection Molding Process will be an advantage
- Knowledge on Hydraulic System of Molding Machine is
MUST: - Knowledge on Electrical/Hybrid System of Molding Machine is a plus.
- Injection Unit Screw/Barrel/Tip-Assy is
MUST: - Able to understand and maneuver Injection Molding Controller is
MUST: - PLC Control, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics is highly desirable
- Auxiliaries Robot's, Hopper/Dryers/Water/Oil Controllers, Hot Runners/Accu's /Manifold Sys is
MUST: - Able to handle Shift Technicians and Train them on issues & lesson learned
- Lead Molding Engineer and Technicians in Molding Department
- Focal person for Lead PM activities, Major breakdowns/Modifications (Electrical/Mech/Hyd/Pneu)
- Exposed to Scientific Injection Molding Processes and resins (Plastic/BMC) Processing is a plus
- Expose to Angle, FCS, BMB, Krauss Mafei is advantage, although not necessary
- Must have at least 3 years of working experience as Maintenance Technician in plastics injection molding
Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
