Description
To assist the Compliance Officer to manage corporate affairs of Compliance Department of the Manager.- To assist in preparing Directors' Resolutions, Minutes, Statutory Forms, Annual Returns and other compliance documents.
- To coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- To order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- To assist in corporate secretarial matters that may be assigned from time to time from management.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time from management.
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma/Foundation in any discipline
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good in MS Office
- Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Positive work attitude with strong initiative and a team player.
- Meticulous, detailed and deadline oriented.
- Independent, selfmotivated, and possesses good interpersonal skills
Salary:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
