_Job Description & Responsibilities_

  • Responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • In charge of managing the full spectrum of accounting & finance functions which include GL, AP, AR, banking activities and meeting month end reporting deadlines.
  • Responsible for daily accounting duties ensuring accounting records & journal entries are booked in compliance with the Company policy and accounting standard.
  • Supervise all Sales coordination & AR invoicing, including completing Interco transactions systematically on time for each month end closing.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on Purchase Acquisition and PO management, ensuring inward receipts are recorded in system with complete documentation for payment processing in accordance with company's policy.
  • Manage payment received from trade debtors & payments issued to trade creditors and complete all reconciliations in the AP & AR on a timely matter with a monthly reconciliation and ageing report.
  • Maintain proper filing and keeping sufficient accounting records, notes, listing and other supporting documents to justify the figures shown in the ledgers.
  • Responsible for preparing monthly / quarterly / annually management financial reports to the management, and on all relevant Audit procedures and exercise.
  • In charge of fixed asset registry.
  • Handle SST submission.
  • Collaborate with Operation team on inventory management (costing) control on each month end close.
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring OPex & CAPex budget process activities; forecasts all operational activities, expenditures/costs vs. forecast data to determine progress toward stated

_Key Performance Indicator goals and objectives._

  • Processing all staffs' expenses reimbursement, managing payroll matter should the need arise.
  • Perform other duties as and when delegated i.e. support function, business process improvement initiatives and adhoc projects
  • Anticipate potential shortcomings & problems and suggest corrective actions.
