Operation Manager (OM)

Salary RM15,000 (Negotiable)

JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • This executive position will be responsible for leading Manufacturing Operations activities. The OM will report directly to the Chief Manufacturing Officer.
  • The OM will be a thought partner to the CMO in executing upon the rapid growth of the business.
  • The OM will have responsibility for achieving the Company's performance targets and executing on manufacturing and operational capabilities
  • The OM will be responsible for all aspects of the Company's manufacturing operations and will develop and optimize the organisational capabilities to match the Company's strategy and growing scale.
  • The OM primary objective will be to ensure the efficient and effective operations across the organization.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee mattress manufacturing operations.
  • Implement and drive Key Performance Indicators across business operations.
  • Oversee and support Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain and Facilities across the Company, setting goals and performance objectives.
  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the Company's performance goals.
  • Promote our Core Values and participate in shaping our longterm vision and strategy.
  • Is accountable for the entire value stream from product development to market launch activities.
  • Develop successful and strategic senior relationships with key customers and partners, working closely to identify and qualify new market and business opportunities.
  • Exceed customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Access, develop and implement processes that improve operational performance, strengthen customer and vendor relationships, strengthen Company human capital and mitigate Health Safety and Environment ("HSE") risks.
  • Prepare and present reports to Top Management as required.
  • Reports frequently on the status of Manufacturing Operations activities to the management team.
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance, dedication and retention.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to develop staff.
