We're looking for a
Talent Acquisition Specialist who functions as a strategic business partner, approaches proactively service company objectives and business strategies.

As the
Talent Acquisition Specialist in the People Team, you'll be responsible for bringing in the right talent, as well as being a professional representation of the StoreHub brand and work ethics.

You don't need to know everything about our industry (even we don't). But the work is challenging, fast paced, and always on the bleeding edge.

So, we're looking for someone with a curious mind, a strong drive to make things happen, and a passion to keep improving yourself.

What you will do as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:

Develop meaningful work relationships with hiring managers in the company to have a firm grasp of business strategies and understanding of the talent needs.
Proactively improvise and align the TA strategies, processes, and recruitment methodologies within the region.
Be an ambassador for our EVP by setting and managing the company's tone of voice and messaging strategies, as well as guiding the team to increase positive engagement across all internal and external talent touchpoints.
Maintain a high level of TA service delivery with strong execution according to the KPI set.
Gather position requirements, formulate job scopes, promote open positions, do lead sourcing, filtering, assessments, and negotiations with vendors.
Ensure compliance with company policies, HR data integrity, and adherence to government regulations.

You would be great for this role if you have:

A strong command of the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Skills in relationshipbuilding across functions and levels, with both internal and external stakeholders.
An incredible desire for accuracy and detailorientedness.
The ability to adapt to changing priorities and needs, while handling multiple tasks with a positive, cando attitude.
An inclination towards solutionbased thinking and datadriven decision making.
The ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
