Position:
Customer Service Consultant - Korean

Working hours: 8AM-5PM (Mon-Fri)


Location:
Work in office, office located in Kuala Lumpur

Salary package:
RM RM 9300 (basic) + RM 500 allowance


Job Description:


  • Handling member contacts directed through queues relating to the Client website as well as the Technician 1 skillset, resolving level-one inquiries.
  • To utilize all client-provided independent resources and tools exclusively, including, but not limited to the internal and external
  • To follow standard operating procedures in taking thorough notes within the CRM system, following all guidelines and processes related to ticket management duties, including proper dispositioning, linking, assignment, categorization, and timely follow-up necessary to resolve all cases.

Requirement:

  • Korean speakers, Native and non-native (TOPIK 5/6)
  • Working knowledge of English is required to complete training and document cases.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate


Salary:
RM8, RM9,800.00 per month
