As a Rental Sales Agent(Remote/WFH), you will be responsible for facilitating rental property transactions and assisting clients in finding suitable rental accommodations.

You will work closely with prospective tenants to understand their preferences and requirements, conduct property viewings, and guide them through the rental process.

Responsibilities:

Prospect for potential tenants through various channels, including online listings, referrals, and outreach efforts.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their rental needs and preferences.
Conduct property viewings and tours for prospective tenants, showcasing available rental properties and highlighting key features.
Collaborate with property owners and landlords to market and promote rental listings effectively.
Stay informed about market trends, rental rates, and property availability to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
Continuously strive to meet and exceed rental sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

Proven experience in rental property sales, real estate sales, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Excellent customer service abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
Knowledge of local rental market trends, property availability, and rental regulations.
Selfmotivated and goaloriented, with a passion for sales and a drive to achieve results.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, customercentric environment.
Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one prior to starting employment.
