JOB DESCRIPTION
- Familiar with money changing and remittance business.
- Able to work on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holiday with replacement leave.
- Strict adherence to AML CFT and Standard Operating Procedure & regulatory compliance.
- Discipline, courteous and efficient delivery services when handling customers.
- Conduct "Know Your Customer" as part of task dealing with customers.
- Able to perform branch cash teller duties or customer service duties whenever required.
- Able to perform reconciliation of data, i.e reconciliation of bank slip against bank statement and able to undertake any other duties or responsibilities deemed necessary.
- Ability in handling & counting foreign currency notes will be an added advantage.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT
- Minimum SPM with credit / pass in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mathematics or STPM or higher qualification.
- Have experience in dealing with customers.
- Possess positive working attitudes and good communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Having knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to work in Southern Region Area.
