Role :
Customer Service (Indonesian + English speaker)


Job Type:
Permanent


Job Location:
KL Sentral (Nearby LRT KL Sentral station)

Working Hours: 9AM- 9PM (Monday - Sunday) / 5 Days in a week & Off Days is 2 Days (On Rotational)

Salary - RM

Nationality - Indonesian

  • Relevant working experience in contact center as customer services is preferred or fresh graduate.
  • Minimum Diploma Holder or higher is preferred, major in IT/Computer & Engineering ONLY.
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills.
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
