Sales Marketing Executive

Location:
No 67, Lorong Sanggul, Bandar Puteri, 41200 Klang, Selangor.

Salary:
RM3,000- RM3,500

Job Description:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.
Identify and prioritize target market segments and customer profiles.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for differentiation in the early childhood education market.
Supervise, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and support their professional development.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective families, community organizations, and local businesses to generate leads and referrals.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling to existing clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives.
Manage marketing materials, including brochures, sales collateral, and online.
Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and regulations related to early childhood education and marketing strategies.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing activities to the management team.
Manage the sales and marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Control expenses and seek costeffective solutions to maximize ROI.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and potential threats.
Conduct market research to identify potential new markets and partnerships.
