Requirements

  • Graduated from diploma or degree in Accounting
  • Proficiency in SQL software
  • At least 12 years of related experience will be an advantage
  • Able to handle full set of account.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately.
  • Selfmotivated
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
  • Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing
  • General office administration works.
  • Preparing statutory accounts.
  • Invoice processing, filing, updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
  • Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
  • Controlling credit and chasing debt.
