Requirements
- Graduated from diploma or degree in Accounting
- Proficiency in SQL software
- At least 12 years of related experience will be an advantage
- Able to handle full set of account.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately.
- Selfmotivated
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
Responsibilities
- Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
- Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing
- General office administration works.
- Preparing statutory accounts.
- Invoice processing, filing, updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
- Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
- Controlling credit and chasing debt.

Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
