Chef for a breakfast buffet at a hotel/serviced residence at Damansara Uptown
- Working hours are from 5 am 1 pm only
Requirements:
- Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Able to work in a small team, and maintain a high standard of quality for food as well as hygiene
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu
- Cook food and prepare topquality menu items in a timely manner
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
- Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
