Role Overview:


As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be a key player in driving our clients' success by creating, managing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.

You'll have the opportunity to explore new platforms, analyze campaign results, and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop, monitor, and finetune performance marketing campaigns.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Execute campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Google, and more.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams for campaign optimization.
  • Prepare insightful performance reports for management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and explore new marketing channels.
  • Ensure creative and strategic delivery of ads to target audiences.
  • Monitor budget allocation and ROI for campaigns.

Requirements:


  • 12 years of experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Strong grasp of advertising and marketing principles, particularly for online audiences.
  • Expertise in researching, conceptualizing, testing, and optimizing ad copy.
  • Passion for identifying and leveraging social media trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Proactive mindset with exceptional critical thinking abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive business growth.
