Description

Mobile & Laptop Service Center (Asus,Infinix,Tecno)


Working Hour
Monday to Friday: 10.00am - 7.00pm with an one-hour meal break.
Saturday: 10.00am - 3.00pm (Half Day)

Off-day - Sunday & public holidays


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties
  • Generating and compiling of quotation and invoice to customer
  • Perform cashiering duties such as payment collections.

Requirements:


  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Working Attendance for priority:


  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for customer service
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Preferably with experience in Customer Service Center industry.

Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Education:


  • STM/STPM (preferred)

Experience:

Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (required)


Language:


  • Mandarin (preferred)
  • Bahasa (preferred)
