Account Manager (Microsoft Vendor Management)

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for Microsoft vendors, fostering strong relationships and driving collaboration to achieve mutual business objectives.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and market penetration opportunities.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape related to Microsoft products and services.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities within existing accounts, driving upsell and crosssell initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to deliver comprehensive solutions that address customer needs.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and licensing agreements with Microsoft vendors to ensure favorable outcomes for both parties.
Provide regular reporting and analysis on account performance, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and thought leadership on Microsoft technologies and solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of success in IT sales, with a focus on Microsoft products and services.
Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing agreements, pricing models, and product portfolios.
Must be someone who has dealt with Microsoft Vendor
