JOB REQUIREMENT

Diploma/ Degree in any discipline.
Matured resourceful, pleasant, wellmannered and able to remain composed in all situations.
Possess good negotiation and interpersonal skills with ability to interact and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Possess good physical built and fitness level to perform daily tasks.
Knowledge in hostel management is added advantage.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when the need arises.
Responsible to ensure all hostel assets are maintained/ updated/ serviced accordingly.
Develop hostel management policies and procedures.
Perform any other administrative tasks as assigned related to hostel and human resources management.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the overall staff hostel management of the Hospital.
Source for hostel, manage tenancy contracts, procurement of assets of hostel and the rental procedures of the Hospital hostels.
Liaise with house owners or agents and any government/ authority bodies, any other parties related to staff hostels.
Manage staff registration and exit through created dashboard and reporting, keeping up to date information of the hostel occupancy rate.
Attend to all complaints from staff with regards to hostel security, cleanliness and hostel assets as well as any follow up processes and procedures.
Conduct hostel audit/ check to check on staff's compliance to the hostel rules & regulations and provide feedback/ recommendations to the Management for improvement.
