JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning and action plan to hit forecasted sales.
Ensure outlet operate within budgeted labour percentage.
Ensure outlet achieve good audit score.
Ensure staff is properly trained, give proper customer service and SOP is followed.
Prepare monthly report for management.
Organize Ops Meeting and Review Outlet monthly report.
Review P&L, troubleshooting.
Prepare Monthly P&L report for Top management.
R&D for promotion.
Maintaining costing master file.
Liaising with contractor for maintenance issue.
Microsoft knowledge needed (powerpoint, excel)

**Job Requirements:

Qualification and Experience_
- _Minimum Diploma and above._
- _At least 4_ _years working experience in Food and Beverages industries or equivalent._
- _Good working experience in Operating outlet and know in and out of operations._
- _Good leadership skills and able to provide knowledge to outlet._
- _Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills._
- _Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia._
- _Possess strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills._
- _High integrity, independently, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines._
- _Able to work under mínimal supervision._

- _Excellent written and verbal communication skills_
- _Keen operation sense with full understanding of each department role and needs_

Pay:
RM4, RM7,000.00 per month
