    Description

    Senior Executive - Data & Analytics

    GAMUDA LAND seeks a Senior Executive to lead our data and analytics efforts, driving business growth through data-driven insights.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop a deep understanding of company operations and real estate-related activities.
    2. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data processes.
    3. Design, develop, and implement ETL/ELT processes for efficient data movement and transformation.
    4. Enhance SQL queries for performance and cost efficiency in BigQuery.
    5. Build and manage Apache Airflow DAGs for task scheduling and data pipeline automation.
    6. Collaborate with data analysts and business users to deliver effective data solutions.
    7. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across the ecosystem.
    8. Regularly improve data models and pipeline architectures to align with evolving business goals.
    9. Comply with Quality, Safety & Health, and Environment policies related to the job scope and workplace.
    10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

    Qualifications:

    1. Degree in Business, Commerce, MIS, Information Science, IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
    2. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
    3. Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
    4. Introductory experience with Google Cloud services, especially BigQuery and Cloud SQL.
    5. Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts and their potential applications.
    6. Ability to use Power BI for creating reports.
    7. Willingness to work collaboratively with team members.
    8. Utilize various technologies, including SQL, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform services.

    Skills & Abilities:

    1. Familiarity with data management platforms, data modeling techniques, and data visualization tools.
    2. Proven ability to identify critical issues and develop actionable recommendations.
    3. Proficient in recognizing potential risks in data processes and making timely mitigation recommendations.
