Job description

Assist Maintenance and operation of all low voltage switch Gears (ACB) for CUB load center (LC), FAB North (LC), FAB South (LC) and GAS Yard (LC) and site office.
To carryout daily preventive maintenance, repair, troubleshoot services at all low voltage electrical systems and update in the folder.
L.V Chargeman as a Competent to take load readings for 132 /33 kv substation, QSS Spine 33kv HV / LV, Transformers 33/0.415 kv and assist in any switching, investigating and restore back for any power trip.
To undertake additional tasks or ad hoc duties as assigned by Facility Engineer and Group Leader.
All your competent Chargeman certificates must be registered with SuruhanJaya Tenaga with Hanwha Qcells and will be renewed every year by you.
Carryout the escalation protocol for Facilities Interruption system for Hanwha QCells and sent Daily shift reports, Incident tracking reports and SCADA check list to system owner and FM manager.
Monitor the SCADA system
Siemens PCS7, LSS, Fire Alarm Panel (Fire system panels ), CCTV, GDS GAS incidents, Lifts operation system from FMCS 24hour operation room.
Monitor 6.6KV Chillers operation High Temp and Low Temp, Cooling towers, VSD Motor, PVAC system, PCW system, HRS system, RCU unit, MAU unit, General Exhaust for Tools and room, AHU, HF and NOX Acid Scrubber, Gas N2 O2 NH3 SiH
Work closely to monitor CDM Chemical, VMB Gas and Chemical, DIW system, Chemical and Water waste treatment plant.
To carryout Routine and record all spare parts.
To carryout troubleshooting and load recordings for 1MW Ups, 2x672 kw Ups, 80Kw Ups for M6 POCL, LCO Super caps Ups.
To monitor and test run Gen set 2500KVA CUB and 400 KVA Gen set at NWPP.
To carryout routine check CDA plant, cooling towers and pumps.
To carryout routine check at Domestic water tanks, Bomba water tanks pumps, fire duty pumps and diesel engine pumps at pump room.
To repair and replace fencing lightings, car park lightings, security post lightings and high bay lightings.
To daily monitors Solar panel readings, repair solar panel inverters, troubleshoot DC cabling works.
To replace fused lights at Warehouse and production floor lightings and offices.
