Key Responsibilities:
Project Initiation
- Develop project charter. Confirm project objective and high level scope.
- Identify key stakeholder to form a project team. Setup project steering committee and working committee.
- Assist with technical solution and business case.
- Develop SOW and review contract. Participate in contract / commercial / pricing negotiation.
- Initiate purchase requisition.
Core Responsibilities
- Determine the project approach, milestones and schedule. Develop detailed project work plan.
- Oversee endtoend project implementation including project planning, risk management, quality control through vendors feedback and during project closure and implementation, vendor management, financial management, management of resource, collaboration and other related activies.
- Oversee and monitor deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors progress of projects.
- Responsible to provide oversight on project risk, scope, budget, schedule, benefits, team, and stakeholders.
- Responsible for development of project management and development policies and procedures including methods, tools, standards and project execution processes to be used across all projects.
- Escalate and resolve issues / risks to Project Team for direction.
- Ensure product / technical deliveries are complied to IT standards, SDLC standards, policies and procedures. Prepare and develop reports and updates to management / steering committees as required.
- Manage relationships with all vendors and subcontractors. Ensure that the project team follows all quality assurance processes, including periodic reviews and transitions.
Stakeholder Management
- Provide status reporting to key stakeholders, costs tracking, and resource management.
- Provide leadership and manage performance of project resources including internal and external parties who are involved in the projects. This includes training, developing and handling of the project team and ensuring performance expectations are communicated and met.
Project Management
- Manage business and technical problems and propose alternatives or solutions.
- Adheres to all applicable procedures, company policies and any other quality or regulatory requirements.
Vendor Management
- Manage the vendors' SOW to ensure scope, timing and effort is delivered.
- Manage the respective vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Work with the respective vendors to resolve project related issues.
- Ensure and work with vendors on all technical related issues are resolved (project related issue).
