Description

Responsibilities:


  • Assists Operation Director in leading the Production Dept. and monitoring the team
  • Involved with the planning, coordination and control of production processes.
  • To ensure that outgoing / incoming stock process efficiently with the correct amount.
  • Ensuring that the production is cost effective, estimating costs and setting the quality standards.
  • Monitoring production procedure / system and implementing qualitycontrol programs
  • Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
  • Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers
  • Working with branch managers to implement the company's policies and goals
  • Monitoring the Item Code in POS system updated and enable for scanning after any changes made
  • Coordinate with Sales Team to maintain minimum stock levels
  • Assist in receiving, supplying and managing stock inventories, check and verify stocks received, maintain and manage stock records
  • Manage purchasing daily processing cycle from response to Purchase Request, get quotation, Purchase Order issuance, product specifications verification and pricing issue, follow up shipment and etc.
  • Responsible to product sourcing, negotiation and purchase materials, packaging and deliveries from local and / or overseas vendors
  • Purchase and maintain inventory of office equipment, stationery and administer maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities
  • Lead the audit team and monitoring the audit process with high level attentive on the stock count
  • Perform general administrative tasks include printing job monitoring and filing systematically
  • Prepare report and issue letter when are needed and required
  • Any other duties as required and assigned by the Management.

Requirements:


  • At least 3 to 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills both written and oral
  • Strong and analytical skills with critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Flexible and adapt in working in a fastpaced work environment
  • Ability to communicate, read, and write in
    Mandarin, English and Malay:
  • At least possess Diploma/Advanced Diploma or above qualification
  • Willing to work at
    Publika, KL
