Description
The role is to support in all aspects of human resource and office administrative functions, mainly on recruitment, employees' compensation and benefits related matters, liaison with statutory bodies, company licenses renewals and general office administration.
Human Resources
- Handling recruitment, conduct new hire orientation/exit interview including all onboarding and offboarding related matters.
- Handling full spectrum of Foreign Worker Management including renewal of permits, insurance and FOMEMA.
- Administer employees' attendance, maintain records and prepare attendance reports as and when required.
- Maintain proper personnel records and filing system to ensure employee information is up to date for easy retrieval.
- Manage payroll administration to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Admin
- Tracking and perform renewals of licenses/certificates such as renewal of business license, fire extinguishers, myKKP, etc.
- Responsible for all administrative matters, such as office facility maintenance, office equipment maintenance, office cleanliness & security, stationery order and stock level monitoring.
- Purchase of flight tickets and hotel reservations as and when required.
- Any adhoc as assigned by superior.
