You will play an important role to:

Respond to customer inquiries through online channels (Telegram, Messenger, Whatsapp, Skype, Shopee, Instagram, etc).
Be responsive and process inquiries in a timely manner.
Assist team leader to complete the daily/weekly/monthly report.
Cold call people using a given phone directory to promote our services.
Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer.
Following up on previous customers for potential sales.
Persuade the customer by demonstrating how our services meet their needs.
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

At least SPM or working experience in related fields.
Fluent in Chinese and Malay language; basic English language.
Willing to work in Butterworth area.
