Key Responsibilities

  • Support market wide marketing activities with other business units, field teams and departments on a regular basis to ensure integration and support for programs and initiatives. Ensures that established processes are communicated, understood and followed by key stakeholders.
  • Strategize local store marketing strategies and manages execution details of marketing and promotion plans and initiatives with visual merchandising and visual communications partners.
  • Explore advertising or branding opportunities for the brand in creative ways or prominent location.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external creative teams, agencies and vendors to develop integrated customer communication materials.
  • Manage relationships with mall to explore potential tie in programs and build relationship with landlords.
  • Responsible for marketing inventory management manage stock level of marketing materials and coordinate the delivery to stores.
  • Provide administrative support such as voucher Inventory, distribution of marketing materials to stores market wide and expenses tracking etc.
  • Responsible to manage and develop social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and etc), post uptodate contents and information.
  • Responsible for managing digital platforms including Grabfood, Foodpanda, Shoopeefood and Ala Carte.
  • Create digital marketing campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideas, and implementation schedules to maximize traffic & sales.
  • Ensures brand consistency in digital platform and social media platform
  • Undertake any other marketing tasks and responsibilities assigned by management when required from time to time.

Requirements:


  • Degree in marketing with 1 year experience, preferably in retail, F&B or FMCG industry.
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment. Able to deliver within strict timelines.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong administrative and organization skills.
  • Foundational knowledge of marketing principles.
  • Creative, proactive with a positive attitude.
